Here you will find one- and two-year lead time outlooks of dryness/wetness and accuracy of historical outlooks of dryness/wetness. The outlooks are made using historical transition probabilities of annual DCV phase changes and the corresponding annual SPEI composites from 1951 to 2017, and the current annual observed DCV index phases.
